Summary
Natasha is a clinician and educator, with an interest in the psychology of learning and technology-enhanced learning. Her research interests include the use of VR/AR/360 in learning and assessment and the use of functional near-infrared spectroscopy to evaluate cognitive change. Natasha has over thirty years' experience in healthcare education and has a range of experiences and qualifications in health organisations and universities.
Natasha leads healthcare simulation at Coventry University.
Natasha is a registered Paramedic (PA09263) and qualified Emergency Care Practitioner.

Andy is an educator with an interest in healthcare simulation. He has 21 years of combined experience in healthcare and education. His interests include interprofessional simulation, VR, AR, and MR modalities.
He is keen to establish a greater link between Healthcare Education and Serious Gaming through the gamification of health education.
Andy supports the development of healthcare simulation at Coventry University.

Sam Clark
Assistant Professor (Simulation)
Summary
Sam is an educator with an interest in simulation and cardiorespiratory nursing. He has over 20 years of combined experience in healthcare and education.
His research interest includes shared decision-making, Virtual Simulated Placements, and has been published in nursing/medical journals. Sam is currently undertaking a PhD, this is a mixed-method study exploring shared decision-making in Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.
Sam’s main role within the Coventry University Simulation team is developing, evaluating, improving and expanding Virtual Simulated Placement. Sam is passionate about enhancing Virtual Simulated Placement ensuring they are relevant, stimulating, and realistic to clinical practice.
Sam is a registered Adult Nurse (00A0978E).
